Exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health benefit exercise is like training the body to improve its function and enhances its fitness. Exercise is good for the body mostly for adults just to maintain their body system and maybe people who want to shed weight or body builder making them go to gym centers .

People fail to realize that exercise has a lot of benefit and is good for the body , exercise makes you happy, it helps reduce the risk of heart disease, helps the body manage blood sugar, it improves mental health , it is also good for the muscles.

Exercise improves mood and it also boosts energy , exercise is good for hypertensive patients as it helps control their blood pressure and make them think less , regular exercise makes the heart stronger and efficient.

Exercise is said mostly to be done mostly at leisure hours as it helps easy disgestion of food and improves circulation. Exercise can also help a person age well as it helps them maintain their body fitness and make them look much younger. Anybody can exercise its open for both young and old but its advisable mostly for adult as they begin to age just to maintain their body and to ease them of stress once they are back from work. Exercise should be done atleast every morning because it adds a lot of benefit to the body even things we ourselves don’t even know ..Exercise is Good!!!
