Education is learning, when someone is educated one will be aware of some certain facts going on in the society. In the society we live in today the right to education of some certain people depends on their socio economic status everybody has a right to education because it is essential. Even in Nigeria today we have the right to education in our constitution which are the socio and economic rights which provides and supports entitlement to education.

Education is a basic human right for all and is important for everyone to make the most of their lives, education improves an individuals chances in life because one will not be ignorant of some certain things. In 1948 where the united nation passed a revolution to the UDHR in article 6 of this resolution it stated, ‘’Everyone has a right to education , education should be free for some certain people because not everyone has the capacity to sponsor a child throughout school and also the less privileged .

Education should be looked into in the country because we have lot of people that are so ignorant of what is going on in the outside world because 90% of young children are on streets today deprieved of the Right to Education.
