Here are four things which you should start your day with. Most successful people follow this and they have make this their habit. From today try to make it your habit and stick to this rules. Lets start and explain one by one.
1.Have a routine
Productive days don't happens by accident. The most successful people have a consistent morning routine and they stick to it. Almost all the successful people said in their interviews that they had strict morning routine. Successful may or may not control their destiny but they had a control on the first 4 or 2 hours. If you have a control on your first moment as you wake up , you will likely see a day that is in control. From today and onwards start to have a routine and control your first moment of the day. After that the whole day will be in your control.
2. Start your day earlier
The key to good morning is to get up early in the morning . You have to beat the sun. Make a routine that you Will wake up early then the sun rise. You should welcome the sun , not the sun welcome you. If you start your day earlier then other then you have more time then others too. You have more time to accomplish your work before other. You will be more near to success then others. Make your routine to get up early in the morning before the sun rise. And start your day with good vibes and positive attitude.
3.Read something positive first thing.
Entrepreneur are known for their quick response and action . That often lear to turning off your alarm and going straight to the inbox. Which is not good. Try to ignore all negative things in the morning. Make sure to start your day with something good. Don't start using mobile at first. Because it make you lazy and if you see some bad news in the morning , your whole day will get ruin .
So don't make yourself so busy from the morning. Start your say with something good.
4.Centre of gratitude
You have to learn that your first words needs to be one of gratitude. For me that means devotional time with God and giving thanks for everything you had.
Most successful people said that it is difficult to have a bad day if you start your day with gratitude. So start your day with gratitude it Will make you happy throughout the day.
There are number of other exercise to do early in the morning like doing exercise, drinking a glass of water . Try to follow all these and make it your habit. It will bring happiness and success in your life. Almost all successful people follow this and that is why they are called successful people now. If you can't do this all in once, try to adopt one by one.
