How do you enjoy your IRISH POTATOE?

Perfect for breakfast treat.
Ingredients:
• Potatoes (Irish)
• Green and Red proper
• Onions and Green Beans
• Ground pepper and Ginger Powder
• Carrot
• Seasoning, Salt and Thyme
• Sausage (optional)
• Vegetable Oil
Directions;
Peel your potatoes.
Cut into cubes.
Pour into a pot boiling water.
Add some salt then leave to partially boil.
When it’s lightly tender, drain with a sieve and set aside.
Get a pan, and add some oil.
Fry your sausage (if you have).
Pick out and set aside.
Leave the oil in the pan and add the potatoes.
Gently spread out (leave to crisp on one side before flipping to the other side).
When it’s lightly crispy, pour your veggies, onions, peas, carrot, red and green pepper, salt, seasoning, thyme, powdered dry pepper, ginger, fried sausage (if any).
Leave to simmer
Serve and enjoy!
