Check out this delish "YAMARITTA"
Its no doubt yam tuber has lot of purpose it serves, and one of the purpose is Yamaritta, I actually love this food too, especially on Sunday afternoon, giving the family a treat after long weekdays.

INGREDIENTS;
1 yam tuber
Eggs
Flour
Seasoning cubes
Vegetable oil
Pepper and salt
How to prepare?
Wash and peel your yam into slices, rinse them and put in the pot, add enough water to the yam, add salt to parboil the yam (10minutes)
When the yam is parboiled, pour it to a sieve, set the yam aside. Not that the yam should be firm, but tender (not too soft).
Break the eggs and add pepper and Maggi and salt to taste.
Then pour required flour into another bowl, add required Maggi to it.
Then dip the parboiled yam into the egg and flour prepared simultaneously (dip into the egg first, then dip it into the flour)
Then dip the Yam into the vegetable oil on the fire (keep the fire at moderate intense). You are good to go!!!
You can serve it with stew sauce or any kind (as you want it.)
