I have always loved taking this drink, right from very little age, the taste is heavenly, couple with the pepperish taste it brings. Give me this drink and you have my heart.

Ingredients;
1. cups zobo (hibiscus) leavestablespoon cloves. 2. Piece pineapple. 3. tablespoon honey. 4. pcs lime. 5. Ginger (for little pepperish taste)
Wash with water, the zobo leave (hibiscus flower) to wash off dust and dirts, then Peel into pieces and cut the pineapple and ginger on ground. Then,Put the zobo in a pot and pour about few millimeters cups of water in it and then Add in the pineapple chopped and ginger and allow to boil/seamer for about 5 minutes.
Then, peel and dice the ginger and crush the cloves. Pour into the pot along with vanilla and allow to boil for about 30 minutes or less. Check in after a while to see if you need to add in more water if the water level is decreasing, depending on how concentrated (color thickness) you want it. Once your are done with that, then remove from heat, add in the honey (optional) and stir.
Once its boiled to an adequate level, bring the pot down from the stove and Leave to cool completely and then sieve out the liquid, putting out the shaft. Then, pour the zobo into a glass cup or jar and place in the refrigerator to cool for at least few hours or more if you want more chilled one.
Serve while cold and garnish with lime to spice it up. Enjoy
