Welcome to the world that you never been and seen entire your life. To the world with magic and power, the inhabitant was likely to have their own ability according to their kind. Royals, Kings and Queens, Princes and Princesses to their royal gowns. Knights with heavy metal shield and a double blade sword inside its sheets. Even the lowest kind of them has its own magic power that a normal human can't defy. Some of them are living in the forest, to the trees and in the creeks. From rivers unto the oceans their kingdom was wide spread as humans.

There are the mountain kingdoms included the valleys, hills, plain and the sky where those invisible creature set their thrones. They can see us, watched over us afar. They can't directly interact to us and I don't know the exact reason behind that.

Let me tell you a story about my Auntie's unbelievable experienced to the invisible world. It up to you then if you believe it or not.

The mermaid suitor of Nila

When I was a kid Aunt Nila was always visiting us. She is so close to my granny and to my mother. Granny was helping Aunt Nila's father to support her studies in college, she's giving money for her allowances. Rice packs vegetables and more.

Auntie Nila was a good daughter, friendly and intelligent. She's simple and modest. I barely see her to get angry. And aside from being intelligent she is also industrious, during her vacation from school she helps in their farm. Planting rice and sugar cane,gardening vegetables, harvesting their crops, clearing and removing weeds from their plants and many more. They also go with the other adults to a tree planting in the mountain to earn money, (when I was a kid I experienced this also).

Untill one events turns her simple and happy life upside down. According to her, one early evening after farm works she went to take a bath in the river alone. People in the village used to take a bath even at night especially if they do farm work overtime. I'll give you a bit scene to where the river that we usually bathing, it was situated between the rice fields and the villagers houses. Two rivers were meets together to form the Y letter, and in the middle of the Y was a big boulder positioned in the center. We frequently had our bath in the river situated in the left side. And when you enter the rice fields from the river you have to passed a twin giant balete trees that form a huge ark entrance. During late night when passing by to that area, mild cold wind breeze wrapped your entire system that if you could not control yourself it can make you run all your way. Okay, I hope you can now figure it out the place in your mind.

While Auntie Nila having her night bath everything was find and normal at first. Untill a fishy smells wrapped the surroundings but she just ignored it and continue her bath. Then when she is about to go, someone called her name that according to her the voice was like a whisper in the air. She looked around but nobody was there, so she just think that maybe it was only her imagination. While leaving the river the wind blew stronger then she smelled again that fishy thing. To her fear that someone was playing with her she ran fast her way untill she reached their home. She never told anyone about her strange experienced that night untill they get to bed.

Auntie Nila was crying, someone was in their front yard serenading her. She saw that the water was slowly filling their house. She saw a man down their yard.The man was gorgeous, has a gentle gaze and a meek face. It somewhat a perfect physique that every girl want and dream. While walking slowly towards Auntie Nila the man reaching his hands to her. It seems he wants to take her but Auntie Nila's feeling was not well, she's like drowning and gasping from air, her lungs was not functioning well. And as the man is coming near to her the feeling of lossing her breath suffocated her. She can't talk nor move. Nobody was there to asked for help, tears are coming from her eyes, she is just sobbing and helpless. Her mind was fighting the fear and tried her best to accumulate her strength untill she released a loud cry. Then finally she's back into her senses.

Everybody was in relieved when she finally wakes up. She said the man really want to take her to his kingdom, and even offer a gallon of gold for her family in exchange of her.

She said the kingdom was situated in the middle of the Y river and the entrance was the big boulder in it. She said that there were a lot of gold along the path to the under water kingdom but she never dare to touched anything to her fear that she will never return home. There are more circumstances that Auntie Nila was out of herself that is why they consulted a folk healer about her situation (they consulted a physician too) to drive away those spirits that disturbing her. It takes many years that she finally freed herself from that nightmare. Even in her college days her mermaid suitor followed her as long as there's a body of water near her he can manifest himself. I still remember seeing Auntie nila wearing a lot of metal in her body, a rosary with a metal cross, hair pins and clips and a metal belt too. They said that mermaids afraid of metal object. The reason why I don't know;).

When Auntie Nila get married she recieved a present from her invisible mermaid suitor, it was a different kinds of stones, well polished and has a different color and shapes. She showed to me that when I visited her in their house, she had already her firstborn then. She said she found those stones stuck together with her baby's clothes. Since then no more mermaid suitor showed up.
