At first, I used to think I don't have time and 24hrs wasnt enough for me until I went into business.

Look! You will never be this free again in your whole life.

Let me explain; a baby sleeps for over 20hrs a day. But as he grows, he is gradually being involved with lots of things: toddling walking, playing, then crèche, nursery school, reading and get keeps getting busier and his sleep time is cut down.

So are you.

You will never be this free in your life again! Except if you don't want to grow and expand in your choose sphere of Influence!

Lots of things are and will continue to impact on your life, Competing for this same 24hrs of yours!

Learning, family, social media, Business etc.

You are yet to be busy, Trust me on this!

I discovered this when I delved into business.

Balancing Business, Studies and Ministry isn't child's play!

But God helped me, I discovered a simple hack when I underwent an exercise.

At the end of the Exercise I knew 24hrs was too much for me, I have to do more things!

This shocking Discovery came by listing everything I do in a day, sum them up and Behold, looking at the way my time went, I knew that I had enough time, I was just putting this time in less necessary things.

I had to learn Not Time Management but Priority Management.

Before we proceed, Do this Exercise:

*Sum up Everything you do in your daily 24hrs eg. Lectures 5hrs daily, sleep 5hrs, Chatting, etc.

This LIST 1.0 is with time attachment, raw data of how you spend your time daily.

Be sincere to yourself while doing this: if you lie here! Its finished!

Go on your normal day, and document at the end of your day.

Do this for a week.

*Make a list of Everything you do daily. The time you're replying chats, creating content, reading etc, I mean everything at the end of the one week.

This LIST 2.0 is without time attachment, a summary of your several daily LIST 1.0

*Make a List of what you consider important from the LIST 2.0 Above.

What do you think it's worth your time in the LIST 2.0 makes up LIST 3.0

*Make a List of what you consider Unimportant from the LIST 2.0 above.

What do you should be strikes Out from your LIST 2.0 that has been taking your time, they form your LIST 4.0

*Calculate The Percentage Time given to Items in LIST 3.0 and 4.0 Using your LIST 1.0 time attachment.

*Create Another LIST 5.0 containing things you are supposed to be Doing but you're not Doing.

This are things you expected to be in your LIST 1.0 and 2.0

*Draw up a Timetable allotment for Items in your Important LIST 3.0 and 5.0

*Do Same for LIST 4.0 if you want to add some.

*Do Your Time Shunting or Rescheduling.

*Trash other things.

I hope this EXERCISE Helps You....
