I've been writing about controlling our emotions today, and it seems I'll come to a close here. But I have one more tip to share and that is:
4. Do what you love
When you’re immersed in some activity you’re passionate about, and you’re really focused on what you’re doing, it’s difficult to feel bad. Doing what you love uplifts you in so many ways! Do it, and do it as often as possible.
You’ll be happier and better able to cope with life’s monkey wrenches when your life is meaningful and when you do what you love.
To round up, this is what the Bible say about emotions....
Philippians 4:6-7 ESV:
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
