The heart you once broke births an emotionally unhealthy person.

In our different lives, we as humans have undeniably gone through a lot of things which includes the bad phases of life.

And in all of this pain and misery some people have healed while some haven't, some have scars while some don't admits all these we have people who still have fresh wounds and are broken to the core with barely enough strength to continue..

A quick disclaimer, I know this may not be healthy for certain people state of mind and talking about their wound might cause them to focus more on the pain and sorrow but it isn't my intention but instead this is to help us grow out of the pain..

1) One thing you should know about life is that it has seasons; and it comes and go. Changes happens whether or not you embrace it which will also determine if you have a successful outcome or not..

2) Life don't always turn out the way you plan, and these moments helps us discover our potential and what we are truly made of.

3) Situations and people are co-factors to leave you disoriented and hurt, bundled with painful wounds but note that nothing outside eternity last forever except God's love.. Always have it in mind that no matter the situation or problems , it is going to be okay.

“You go dey alright” as I love to say .

The storm and darkness you see now will fade off with a clear clear sky open to you

If only we agree to let God take the lead and things will definitely be alright..

Things you do for self- healing:

* Talk to someone

It could be a friends, family, therapist or anybody ready to listen and give you advice. we all need someone to lean on and talking and having a good listener at the same time is a natural pain killer .

* self- help books

There are thousands of books out there that's has been written by people who as been through what you are going through.

Going through their survival journey can inspire you for growth and acceptance of healing.

  • Let go, forgive

This is usually hard to crack for broken people, because letting the one who hurt you walk free can be devastating but you must understand that forgiveness is a first step to healing..

* You need God..

Let God make you whole . As the adage says doctor only treat but God heals.

Same also for therapists or friends, they can only talk and give advice but God heals and makes whole.

  • Signs of Emotional unhealthy traits

* Trust issues

* Anxieties

* Addiction

*Dysfunctional behaviour

*Depression

*phobias

*Lack of self- discipline

*Selfishness

* Pleasure seeking mentaily

*Living in a dream or fanasty world

*Irresponsibility

*Disregard to consequences of behavior
