Why do the students do not realize that suicide is not the solution for failure in the exams. Why do not parents be with them during the examination results when there is a chance that if the student is depressed of failure they may attempt for suicide.
Why are students committing suicide if they fail in exams? As members of society please give your message to all the students to be brave enough to face the life battle and failing once is not the end of the world.Fear is the main reason for committing suicide among the students who get their results. It may be the fear of parents, sometimes there may some other goal of the students himself which may not be achieved as he failed in this exam.
Firstly my message to the students is that always discuss how did you write your paper, whether it was good, better or bad with a friend or your parents with whom so ever you are comfortable enough to through out the truth from your mind. This will provide a big relaxation for the next exam which will be the very next day or after a day. Relaxation thus provided to your mind will relieve you from one path behind-the thinking of an attempt to suicide.
Secondly, the board has taken lot of steps in providing an examination within a short span after the exam results are announced which is help the student to cover that subject without losing one whole year of education. The struggle of life is not only centered to people who are bread earners, but surprisingly it has penetrated to the tender age bracket of our children. They are in fatigue and their innocent childhood is being squeezed under the heavy loads of books and the race of percentage, which is increasing at an alarming rate. Many tumble down or rather have mentally grown up to decide the fact to commit suicide. This is a serious issue to which the government is having a blind eye. Kapil Sibal is just bragging about private schools allowing the students of the weaker sections to get admission and be at par with the creamy layer, but this will never happen and the gap will increase on daily basis. Now days the schools are asking the students to bring in all the books and if there is a free period then the substitute teacher can take-up any subject which will be beneficial for the students and thus the students have to carry the whole bag.
The other thing which is responsible for the short temperament among the kids is TV or Internet. Internet is a window to outer world, knowledge, learning, experience, etc has also narrowed the gap between life and death through suicide sites.
This life comes with a lot of troubles ,can't really blame them.. But suicide is not the answer. They need to be talked to.
