Habits that cause delay In Marriage for eligible ladies Hello beautiful souls! Special greetings to you all, hope you are having the best of the season? My Thursday went well with less busy times, it was rainy today and that made market a little dull and it added to my advantage. Lol. Many thanks to my sponsors 🥰 Alright, my blog today will be talking about ladies and their funny but true approaches to some things that would block their chances of getting married early or let me call it SPIRIT OR HABITS that causes delay in marriage for the eligible ladies. I don't know what's happening to me these days, my last Article talked about ladies and here I am again on the same zone...maybe God is calling me into counselling. Lol🤣. **Disclaimer**; *Before you start reading, I'd like to let you know that this piece is mainly my opinion and it's not in anyway to rain insult to the female gender.* **Habit/Spirit that causes delay in marriage for the eligible ladies.** **BOY FRIEND**

A boy that male being that is incapable of handling matured things, they consider more to fun and less to the future. The last thing on a Boy's mind is Marriage. Boys don’t think of marriage, they want to make money first, they enter into relationship just for fun and s*x, that’s why if the lady should get pregnant, they ask her to abort it, or they’ll deny her, because they aren’t ready for Marriage. Where are boy commonly seen? Alot of these category of male being are found in the school settings, even though some of them look matured, a slight issue will pull them off. Stop dating boys. An eligible lady that wants something serious would not go for boys. Boyfriends will keep scaring away serious and well-meaning suitors because they’ll be thinking that the boyfriend that always hangs around you actually wants to marry you. Ladies know this thing but keep flowing with it maybe because of money, especially the current reign of these internet fraudsters. **ENGAGEMENT RING**

Sorry ooh!, I don't mean to be harsh but you know what's good for you. You should know an engagement ring has overstayed and need to pull out. You know, the more you wait, the more the time moves, and may notice that bthr young man isn’t saying anything again, the ring self have start to rust on your finger in protest. Many engagement rings are actually handcuffs, some are not better than key holders. Lol🤣 Aunty, say no to Lord of the Rings. **HARD TO GET**

This spirit tells you not to accept a marriage proposal in a hurry, to do plenty unnecessary shakara(forming/pretense) so that the brother will not think you are cheap or desperate. This happens most time to those that have the "I am too beautiful" mentality. This spirit tells you to tell him to give you nine months to pray, don’t pick his calls, ignore his WhatsApp messages, behave as if you are not interested even though you are dying on the inside and truly love the brother. This spirit will not leave you until you hear the brother is getting married to another sister, then your eyes will open and you will start saying “can’t he even wait for me”. Wait for you? Because you are Jesus Christ? Aunty, If you love the brother and you perceive he is God’s will for you, accept the proposal and leave Matter for Matthias. I'm not saying you should be cheap though, but a one week talking stage should be okay. These days, guys are lacking patience on this. Once a talking stage exceeds a certain stage, the guy locks up. **PROUD SPIRIT**

That spirit that tells you that every brother that greets you is not your class, so you keep ignoring and looking down on them. That spirit that doesn’t allow you to greet brothers except those that ride exotic cars. Am I harsh? No! That's the gospel truth. Some ladies know no nonsense when it comes to humility. This is why a guy that's hustling is likely not seen with a lady as fiance because "no money, no love". This is has pushed some guys also to a level whereby they do all manners to make it and at the end when they've succeded in charming the girl, they start treating her like trash. Ladies please calm down, listen to that commoner, give him a chance the see that miracles are real. I should say life is not Nollywood, right? Lol🤣 **DENOMINATIONAL/TRIBAL HABIT** A lot would say because they're from a certain background or society, so the guy must be from the same background or soceity. I am a **Catholic** and must marry a Catholic. I’m a **Deeper Lifer** and must marry one who’s a Deeper Lifer as well so our marriage will be Deep. I am a **Redeemer** and must marry a Redeemer, any other Brother isn’t Redeemed should stay off even if God is leading him to me. I know we have our differences as to the limit we can go when it comes to society, country and religion, but somethings should be overlooked, especially when it comes to religion. This habit has kept many bound, they entered menopause and are about to join the Women’s fellowship because of their age. Aunty, please understand that every believer is from one tribe called Christ. If God is leading you to another denomination, kindly obey Him, stop delaying yourself by yourself. **POOR DRESS SENSE** That spirit that tells you not to dress well because you are going to heaven. Special Heavenly candidate. You dress and add 10 years to your age . You dress and brothers will be greeting you “Good afternoon Ma.” “Yes Ma” “Thank you Ma”. This spirit tells you to use tarpaulin to sew your dress, wear green skirt, yellow blouse and lemon head tie.(official/church dressing as regular outing dressing). You are a lady but dress like a man; Sister, no Man wants to marry his fellow man. You dress like "egungun" that is going to the express(dressing like a masquerade).

Dress modestly, smell good because it’s not a sin. We said don’t dress indecently, we never said don’t dress well. **SPIRITUAL PROBLEM.** This is for real, this is why I encourage everyone to be prayerful, prayer isn’t only for Pastors.
