Don't sell your vote

Citizens,

It is time to take back our votes.

We are nation of the people,by the people,and for the people.we have so much to offer,but we are been sold out by politicians who promise us things that they cannot deliver.they promise us jobs,but it's all a lie.they promise us better future for our children,but it all a lie.we need to make it clear that we will not tolerate it anymore.

If you want to see change in your life,then don't sell your vote! Don't let anyone tell you otherwise-it's your right as a citizen to decide who runs the country and how it runs!

What happens when a government makes decisions that negatively affects it's citizens? The answer is simple:they often get voted out of office.nowadays, democracy has become a thing of the past. Government around the world are now run by powerful corporations instead of elected representatives.according to some experts,this is dangerous trends that threatens our freedoms.

Democracy is a system of government where the majority rules.in practice,however, democracy hasn't always worked well.today, democracies face challenges.

If we want real change,we must take matters into our own hands.

The government is a powerful thing.it can take away your freedoms and make you do things you don't want to do,but it also has the power to give you the freedom and opportunity to live your dream.

The government decides what kind of health care we get,how much money we earn,how much we pay in taxes,what happens in our country and abroad-it's a big deal.

And that why it's important to vote in elections.if you don't vote.then who will?who else will fight for your rights? Who else will stand up for the people who are being oppressed by the government?who else will try to make sure that everyone has equal opportunities and rights?

So if you haven't gotten your pvc or don't have to vote this year,you should have a rethink.you can always change your mind later-but if you don't vote who will?

Nigerians,I beg you:please, please don't sell your vote.

I know what you're thinking:"but I have no choice.i need money."and that is true.you do need the money.but this election isn't just about your financial state-it's also about your moral state.you are a free man or woman in this country,and if you choose to sell your vote,you will be contributing to a system that is not immoral but also completely undemocratic

Your vote is precious,and it belongs to you alone.dont let anyone take your choice away from you by paying you to vote for them.
