Hello friends! How are you? Hope you are all well. I am new to this site and this is my first article on this site. I spent a lot of time thinking about what to write the first article about. Anyway, after thinking a lot, I decided on one thing. Almost all people in our society have some bad habits. No one can say that I don't have any bad habits. Only humans are wrong. And only humans are a collection of bad habits. So the subject of my first article is 'How we can break our bad habits'.

80- 90% of any problem can be solved if the problem is identified correctly. There are many of us who don't even know where our problems lie. So the beautiful times of life are lost in the abyss of depression and long breathing due to own negligence.

Just as a good habit takes time to form, so does a bad habit. But because we have a tendency towards bad things, bad habits become a regular part of life rather than good ones. And for this we blame others. Which is another bad habit.

But the time has come to shake off the bad habits and build a new life. So today I will share some tips that will transform bad habits into good habits.

1. Understand yourself:

First of all, I have to understand myself that what I am doing every day is good and what is bad. Some of these bad things are done unknowingly, which later feels bad for oneself. So we should find out the problem first.

2. Will Strong:

Maybe because of the environment many times bad habits come in us. So there is no saying that it has to be carried throughout life. Whenever it feels that it has gone wrong, it must start the process of change. If you really want to quit bad habits, you have to harden your willpower. Because you will enjoy the benefits, so you have to control yourself for some time.

3. Give yourself time:

  • When you feel that bad habits are causing problems in your normal life, start working on them yourself. You have to talk to yourself a lot. By doing this, you will continue to try to be good inside. You can keep the willpower. Explain yourself. This is where we go wrong. Usually we take suggestions from wrong people. The result remains null. So give yourself time to understand yourself. Because your biggest strength is yourself.

4. Good company should:

  • You have realized what your bad habits are and you have started trying to change them. So now you have to take some new company. There are many among friends who are not to be liked, but whose manners are good enough. Never wanted to be a good boy. It's time to move on with them. If you are with positive people you will always be surrounded by positivity. You will talk and discuss new things with them. This will completely reduce the effect of your loneliness or bad company. This is how you have to choose alternative ways to get rid of bad habits. If you want to quit smoking then you should start hanging out with people who don't smoke.

5. Be patient:

  • I said at the beginning that not everything happens in one day. Just as bad habits take a long time, good habits take a long time to form. This time you have to wait patiently. Good habits will give you good results and you will enjoy this result yourself. So patience should accompany. The one who says that cigarettes and alcohol cannot be given up means that he has never been able to or tried to do so. So saying you can't is completely wrong. You are the driver of your life so you can do anything if you want to do it.

The place of good is first in all family and social places. So, since you have understood what the problems are, start today. And after a few days you see its magic.
