Hi! Every one I hope you are fine and enjoying in this platform. I'm new in this platform today I am sharing with you some tips to maintain a good health.
For maintaining good the most important thing is the food which we eat we must take proper diet in order to maintain over health for this we should avoid shunk food and use maximum fruits and vegetables which is good for our health after this next thing is exercise Which is important to burn the extra calories and as result we will remain fit and smart.about 1/2 Hours exercise is must.
We should drink alot of water which keep the body hydrated and during excretion tha waste products along with water removed.
