What's for dinner folks? Escabeche - is a type of sweet and sour fish with sliced vegetables. A fish vendor happens to pass by bringing with him fresh Katambak (Trumpet Emperor) fish. Best for escabeche. Love it when there's a lot of ginger. 😋❤
