MOTHER, the Most Liar in the World

Mother’s Day

Mother's Day is celebrated every second Sunday of May. This day commemorates all mothers in the whold world.

Mothers are God's unique gift to children and the world celebrates the supreme sacrifices made by mothers for their children. It also celebrates the unconditional love that a woman has for her children. They say, "A mother is your first friend, your best friend, your forever friend."

 As the day is about to end I would like to give tribute to all mothers, as the most liar in the whole world.

Yes, LIAR!

This article is inspired by Father Fidel Roura. I have been listening to his homily for quite some time now. I logged in to YouTube this afternoon with the intention to listen to another homily of Father Fidel. He has an upload every day. But what I first saw upon logging in was his video that is not a homily. It is a video about mothers, his tribute to all mothers.

The caption says : INA… SIYA ANG PINAKASINUNGALING NA TAO SA BUONG MUNDO!

MOTHER… SHE IS THE MOST LIAR PERSON IN THE WHOLE WORLD!

Do you agree with this? Or are you mad why he calls mothers as liars?

Well, before you judge him and conclude that he is a bad person for calling mothers as liars, let us first see or read his reasons.

MOTHERS ARE LIARS… BECAUSE…

Think about our childhood. We sing out of tune, we sing with the wrong words, but what will our mom say?

She will say, how good is my child is, she sings well. She could be a singer when she grows up.

When we dance even when we have both left foot, she will say that we are a good dancer, complete with clapping of hands. Isn’t she a liar?

Don’t ever let a mom hear you say that her child is not beautiful, even if it is true, or you will find an enemy. The mom always sees her child as the most beautiful child.

When her child needs something and the father does not want the child to get what she wants, the mom will secretly give the child what she wants against the father’s will. Isn’t she a liar?

Some might notice and say your child has graduated already, why is she not working yet? Was she not accepted in companies that she applied for? But what would a mother say? She will say, I let her rest for a while. Even if her child is really lazy to look for a job or was truly not accepted in any company that she had applied. The mom doesn’t want to damage the image of her child.

The mom might not feel well but she still has to do housework, when her child ask to do the task, she will say it is okay, you just study, I am okay. Isn’t she a liar?

Even to herself, a mom is also lying.

There is only one thing that is not a lie, she LOVES you. And because of that LOVE, she lies. The heart of a mom is full of love for her child.

There are still lots of reasons that Father Fidel mentioned why a mom is a liar but I’m not gonna write it all here. It would be best if you listen to him.  

There is one thing that sticks to mind though:

GOD WANTED TO BE ANYWHERE IN ORDER TO GUIDE AND LOVE US ANYWHERE, THAT IS WHY HE CREATED OUR MOTHERS!

Now that I have laid down the reasons why, do still think that Father Fidel is wrong to say that mothers are liars?
