Nutrition is the process by which organism receives various nutrients from the environment and incorporates them into the cellular protoplasm, performs the physiological functions of life and maintains normalcy. Plant nutrition is organized through synthesis and assimilation and animal nutrition is organized through food intake, digestion, absorption, assimilation, and excretion.

  • Nutrition is a type of metabolism Because, in this process the dry weight of the body increases.

Phase of Nutrition for plants and animals

Nutrition stage of plants:-

Plant nutrition occurs in two stages:

1.Synthesis.

2.Assimilation.

Such plant nutrients are called zoophytic nutrients.

Nutrition stage of the animal:-

Animal nutrition occurs in five stages:

1.Ingestion.

2.Digestion.

3.Absorption.

4.Assimilation.

5.Oxidation.

Importance of Nutrition

The importance of nutrition in the body is more than one:-

1.Growth, formation and depletion:- As a result of nutrition, growth, formation and depletion are possible in the body.

2.Gaining energy:- The main source of nutrition is food. Food contains a lot of energies. So, the importance of nutrition for gaining energy is immense.

3.Conducting physiological functions:- Through nutrition, static energy is converted into usable energy and various physiological functions are performed in the organism.

4.Increases immunity:- Nutrition increases the body's resistance to disease.

5.Food storage for the future:- Food is stored for the future in the cell of the organism through nutrition.

6.Heat production:- Nutrition is also important in heat production and storage in animals.

There is some fruit which contain nutrition.

The nutrition value of papaya!

(1) Ripe papaya is a very important ingredient for removing black spots. Take a piece of ripe papaya and rub it well in the affected area. Leave on for half an hour, then rines with water. Do these 3/4 times a week. The pap ain in papaya removes dead cells and brightness the skin color.

(2) When a digestion in reduced, heartburn occurs, hoarseness occurs in the mouth, abdominal pain starts. Sometimes there is a pain in the chinchilla, sometimes there is terrible pain. In this way, playing for two days will reduce the worm infestation. Papaya is an effective medicine for killing worms.

(5) Papaya is ideal fruit for diabetics due to it's low sugar content. Those who do not have diabetes should include papaya in their daily diet. Papaya prevents daibetes.

The nutrition value of orange!

(1) An orange contains almost all the number of vitamins C that a person needs every day.

(2) Oranges are especially useful for colds and ear problems. Oranges contain beta carotene which helps prevent cell damage.

(3) Oranges contain a substance called lemonade which is directly useful in preventing cancer in the mouth, skin, lungs, breasts and stomachs.

(4) Vitamin B6 in oranges help in making hemoglobin in the body. Oranges help maintain balance in the cardiovascular system.

(5) Oranges contain sufficient amount of folic acid, which is essential for the development of the brain. Eating oranges is beneficial in various diseases of the liver or heart. There are many benefits of playing orange in patients with hypertension.

The nutrition value of Bell pepper!

(1) Bell pepper is rich in vitamin, Calcium, Phosphorus and Potassium. For ever vitamin Cy 100 grams of bell pepper, there are 8 kilocalories of food energy, 8.5 grams of water, 16.6 grams of sugar, 2.6 grams of meat, 0.2 grams of fat, 36 milligrams of calcium, 0.8 milligrams of iron and 0.8 milligrams of vitamin B-1. Zero 3Mg, vitamin B-2 0.2 Mg and vitamin C 9 Mg.

The nutrition value of mango!

(2) 100 grams of mango contain 2.8 mg of iron. 15.5%-35% of daily iron requirement is met by eating 100 grams of mango. Iron is needed for the body to function properly. Hemoglobin and myoglobin supply oxygen thruoghout the body.

(3) Mango lowers overall cholesterol levels and therefore compares the effects of Empiric with the effects of antioxidants in heart. So, it can be said that eating mango is beneficial for overall heart health.
