Late Lessons In Life

Hello everyone. I want to share some of the Late Lesson in Life that we must early to learn before it will become too late in our life. This is not coming from me but credits and acknowledge to its own, Pastor Ed Lapiz to his full of wisdom book.

Late Lessons usually learned too late in life. Although when it says too late we don't really mean and give up because it's too late we can't change it anymore. but it's better to learn it earlier. So, the younger you are the more benefits you will get in learning these things. What are these lessons? Let me share five lessons with you.

Put God in your life as early as possible.

Be as godly as possible before you get damaged or ruined or died.

Ecclesiastes 12:1-2 New Living Translation

Don’t let the excitement of youth cause you to forget your Creator. Honor him in your youth before you grow old and say, “Life is not pleasant anymore.” 2 Remember him before the light of the sun, moon, and stars is dim to your old eyes, and rain clouds continually darken your sky.

Accept and make peace with yourself as early as possible.

It is better to change the things that you can change and accept with all of your heart for the things that we cannot change anymore. In other words, improve what can be improved and change what can be changed. As early as possible, be a friend to yourself. Be at peace with who you are and what you are.

Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex!

Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it.

Learn what matters to you as early as possible.

Learn to do the things you want and hope as early as possible before the time comes and its too late. Another thing we have to learn is to be as healthy as much as possible. So, as early as possible, exercise, and be fit. Eat healthy food. Life is always easier and nicer when one is healthy.

1 Corinthians 6:19 New Living Translation

Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself.

Have fun whenever possible.

Do not fast-forward our maturity. We all have a lot of time to be old, so as soon as possible have fun. Don't also be a KILLJOY to others. Respect the way of others having fun. Enjoy every stage of life. Be youthful at heart, and let the young be young.

Ecclesiastes 11:9-10 New Living Translation

Young people, it’s wonderful to be young! Enjoy every minute of it. Do everything you want to do; take it all in. But remember that you must give an account to God for everything you do. So refuse to worry, and keep your body healthy. But remember that youth, with a whole life before you, is meaningless.

Save whenever possible. Young age is better.

And if we are already saving, save more. Do not waste and spend on nonsense things. Give proportionately even to our bodies. Invest your time, effort, and money into useful and meaningful matters.

Proverbs 6:6-8 New Living Translation

Take a lesson from the ants, you lazybones.

Learn from their ways and become wise!

Though they have no prince

or governor or ruler to make them work,

they labor hard all summer,

gathering food for the winter.
