University of Kansas study finds out that even force or an ungenuine smile can reduce your sadness and bad emotion. Just force a smile when you’re stressed. Even fake smiles reduce stress.

Environmental Science and Technology reported their study that you can also improve your mood with just 5 minutes of exercise outdoors in nature.

Some scientists in Germany found that people who listened to classical music before experiencing conflict showed less aggression and reported lower levels of residual anger. but for those people who listened to aggressive tunes felt like punching someone out according to Mastodon’s “The Motherlode,”

Smile changes everything! Music affects mood, which is not surprising. I don't listen to aggressive tunes anyway hahaha.
