I know our time now is a time of grief, sadness, depression, and many tragedic feelings. It is hard to get happy at this moment. But the thing that we must understand, happiness is not we getting to or gaining for something or someone but we can choose to be happy even we are in the midst of trouble and misery. How? Simply by choosing it! Choose to be Happy!
How to choose happiness today?
Be grateful as always.
Count every blessing we have and focus on the things we have not for the thing we don't have or we wish to have. If you decide to be happy you need to choose to focus on the positive aspects of life rather than the negative.
Always carry a smile.
Smile even the day so tough. Just simply smile. Smiling can influence the feelings processed by the brain. Our facial expression can influence our brain in just the same way our brains influence our faces. So a simple smile has a big impact on your life condition.
Always speak gratitude.
Affirmations are positive thoughts that can help us to turn our bad mood to be a good one. Appreciate your surrounding as you do that you are not only helping yourself but you also help the people surrounds you by spreading the positive thoughts to others.
Refrain to Complaints and Negativity.
Disengage to an unhealthy and unhappy environment and people. Never grab any complaints by others it will somehow affect you and to all negativity of the environment. There is joy in a peaceful and positive environment.
That's it, this is are the few things you can do to be happy.
