The Panagbenga Festival or the Baguio Flowers Festival is the annual festival in Baguio City held in the month of February.

The Panagbenga Festival began to be celebrated in Baguio City in 1996. But before that, the first thing to be named in the celebration is the “Flower Festival” which is scheduled to take place throughout the month of February.
In 1995, five years after the catastrophe that occurred in Baguio, Atty. Damaso E. Bangaoet Jr. to also have the activity of the famous sights during the festival as other provinces do.
