Nothing like a good night's rest

In the previous article of this series, I've talked about some of the many benefits that having a complete night of sleep (4-5 cycles or 7-9 hours) can bring not only to your body in a physical way, thoug also in a phycological way, making you more able to perform throughout the day, have a better mood and be able to feel with more energy than ever. In this continuation, I will keep going with more positive aspects that good sleep can bring to you. Let's begin with three more:

Improving your immunological system:

Our immunological system employs the hours of sleep to regenerate Itself, so having rest in whole cycles can make you healthier and less prone to illness.

Appetite Control:

It has been proved that a reduction in the amount of sleep we get increases our levels of appetite, making lack of sleep one of the causes for increases of weight. So, sleeping good will keep your hunger in a normal state and will prevent you from putting on undesired kilos.

Keeping Anxiety, Depression and Stress on check:

Studies realized in 2005 proved that people with insomnia were 10 times more likely to develop symptoms related to depression, while also showing increases in levels of anxiety. Extreme deprivations of sleep can bring these negative conditions over us, so better take your rest as an important factor for your well being.

I hope that the presented paragraphs can bring a good closer to this series, highlighting even more the benefits that sleeping well can bring to your life so you can understand Its importance. As always, Thank you for the support and I wish you the best of luck!

Truly, there's nothing like a good night rest. It makes one stable even mentally.

Our body needs rest to work again in a normal way. So we have to give some peace to our mind and body and have to sleep almost 8 hours a day.
