Chamomile is one of the most used as herbal medicine in ancient times in different countries. Chamomile has 2 common variety which is the Roman Chamomile and German Chamomile. Roman Chamomile is described as sweet and fruity scents while German Chamomile gives strong herbal and pungent scent or strong taste or smell. Chamomile is one of the oldest used herbal medicine, it is used as a tea and herbal extracts. The dried flower of chamomile is contain many terpenoids and flavonoids that has medicinal properties.
