Anxiety is very common now, everyone can feel this kind of depression. Anxiety is the feeling of worry, nervousness, or being unease without a certain reason. Anxiety is a nervous disorder with impulsive behavior and panic attack. The anxiety caused by suffering STRESS. What will happen to a person when he/she is attacked by ANXIETY? They will feel chest pain, abnormal heart palpitations and the feeling of GOING CRAZY. This kind of depression is very dangerous especially if you don't seek for medical help. Many says that Anxiety can be cured by alleviating the symptoms.

How to reduce ANXIETY?

  • Stop worrying

  • Take a deep breath

  • Use a calming visualization

  • Be an observer without judgement

  • Be positive always

  • Focus on meaningful activities

  • Exercise daily

  • Don't think too much

  • Eat well-balanced meal

  • Get enough sleep

Yup this anxiety really hurts me this past couple of days as i'm very fast to lose my temper and very fast to get out of the mood or hot headed and it is the reason why me and my wife always had a fight but not so serious fight after we kiss and make up but i just really wish that this pandemic will be over because lots and lots of people suffer from this anxiety and some resulted in suicide

Yes in GOD'S will everything will be back to normal and will remove and ease all the pain and anxiety and every person's hearty and mind. Let us not lose faith and always pray on him no matter how many anxiety we face.
