We are comfortable people. Our brains are waiting for pillows. Whenever there is a touch of comfort in the brain, the brain falls asleep. The body begins a variety of activities that we do not understand. During sleep, different types of hormones are produced in the body to relieve fatigue throughout the day. Starting from the adrenaline gland, the gland that makes insulin stores all kinds of hormones. These hormones only come into play when we are in the midst of different activities throughout the day, different types of emotions, love, or feelings. But those hormones will be inactive when we are inactive. When we don't do any work, just spend the middle of the day lying down or sitting at home, these hormones will start to accumulate in the body. Much like body fat deposits. As a result, our body will lose its balance. Different diseases will be created in our body. Which will be very difficult to remove. We need to do many things in our daily life to keep our body fit and balanced. Some of the exercises discussed are-

Exercise-

Exercise keeps every tissue, organ, bone, and brain in our body moving. Assists in the rapid circulation of blood and the elimination of contaminated carbon-di-oxide from the blood.

Exercise reduces our body fat as well as creates a lot of sweat in the body. And with that sweat comes out extra salt, contaminated particles. For which the stench comes out from our sweat. Exercise strengthens the muscles in our body and strengthens the bones and helps in the formation of bone calcium. Exercise also plays a very important role in lowering blood cholesterol. Here are some things to keep in mind when it comes to exercise:

  • Eat food at the right time.

  • Eat the right amount of food.

  • Eat the right foods.

  • Eat less fast food.

  • Avoid extra spicy foods.

  • Eat less fat and high cholesterol foods.

There are different types of exercise, which is not right for everyone. Exercises vary for different people depending on age and body composition. Wrong exercise can put us at risk. Below is a list of some of the exercises-

  • Yoga:

Although yoga was first introduced in India, nowadays the popularity of yoga has increased all over the world. Usually girls do more yoga exercises. No heavy equipment is used in yoga exercises. This exercise is usually done by stretching the arms, legs and body and it is applicable to men and women of any age.

  • Aerobic Exercise-

This is the kind of exercise that requires us to breathe extra. When we do this exercise, we have to work hard. Heat is generated in the body and oxygen circulation in the body is increased. These are called aerobic exercises. Notable among such exercises are cycling, swimming in ponds, rivers, lakes, or seas, running, jogging, etc.

  • Anaerobic Exercise-

Anaerobic exercises are those that put pressure on the body, rain down the body's endurance and strengthen the muscles. These are usually forbidden for young boys and girls to do, as they have a lot of effects on the body that young children are not able to accept. Notable among the non-aerobic exercises are push-ups, boxing, up-and-down, lifting and lowering heavy objects, etc.

  • Flexibility Exercise-

Flexibility exercises are done to stretch the body or parts of the body. To increase the flexibility of different organs. This type of exercise is done more for young children to practice their various dances and make the boys and girls a player.

Exercise plays a very important role in our body, the most important of which are the elimination of nitrous oxide from the body, increase in oxygen in the blood, elimination of nitrogenous wastes. The role of exercise in controlling glucose levels in the body is impeccable. So we should all exercise regularly every day and keep the body healthy.
