Chicken Saslik is one of my favorite choices for Kel's breakfast or guest entertainment. Everyone from small to big people eat this food with a lot of fun. And the crunchy dish of vegetables with chicken makes it even more fun. Let's see the recipe.
How to make chicken sasalik:
Materials:
# Chicken breast pieces cut into cubes - one bowl
# Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
# Garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
# Cumin paste - 1/2 teaspoon
# Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
# Kebab spices - 1 teaspoon
# Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
# Tomato Sauce - 1 tbsp
# Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
# White pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
# Salt- to taste
# Green capsicum - 1 cut into cubes
# Red capsicum - 1 cut into cubes
# Onion cut into medium size cubes - 1
# Mustard oil - 2 tablespoons
Making chicken sasalik:
Method:
A. Take the chicken in a big bowl and mix it together with all the spices, soy sauce, salt and mustard oil. Let it marinate for an hour.
B. Now mix it again with capsicum and onion. So that the spice is also applied on the vegetables.
C. Now soak a few sticks of sasalik in water. This makes it less likely that the stick will burn during folding.
D. Now build chicken, onion, capsicum one by one on the stick. Build everything up to the end of the stick.
E. Take a nonstick pan and heat it with 2 tablespoons of oil. Now put the stove on high heat and add sasalik one by one. Fold the sasalik upside down. Be sure to reduce the flame during folding.
F. After folding in this way for 12-14 minutes, you will see that the surroundings have been folded properly. Now take it down.
Serve with any sauce.
