Bring water to the tongue and fry the beef

As soon as we get a day off in our busy life, we find ways to cook something new at home. And cooking beef in a Bengali house is a different matter. So this time I have brought for you a different taste of beef jhal fry. You can easily make this recipe at home. Details on how to make and what ingredients are needed to cook a salty fry of beef are available today.

Materials:

# Beef - 1 kg

# Ginger paste - 1 tbsp

# Chili paste - 2/3 tablespoon (as desired)

# Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon

# Ginger juice - 6 tablespoons

# Onion - 300 g

# Cinnamon paste - half a teaspoon

# Turmeric - half a teaspoon

# Oil - 2 cups

# Salt - like quantity

Method:

A. Take 1 kg of boneless meat into large pieces. Wash the meat and dry it with a cloth. Lightly chop the pieces of meat with a chopped spoon.

B. Take water in a large pot. When the water boils, add the pieces of meat with spices. Cook over low heat for a long time. When the meat is soft, drain the water.

C. Put this meat on a rock and take it. Care should be taken not to tear the meat. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the pieces. When all is fried, remove from the oil.

D. In a separate frying pan, lightly fry the onion, turmeric, salt, cinnamon paste and a little sugar in a little oil. After a while add ginger juice. Fry for a while more.

E. Now place the pieces of fried meat in the serving dish. Sprinkle fried spices on it. Yes, the meat is fried. It will be very good with sour sweet pickles.
