Polygon Politicians NFT Meme Contest

The MATIC Multiverse of Madness: Polygon Politicians NFT Collection (https://opensea.io/collection/polygonpoliticians) is gaining some traction and we've decided to keep good faith with the community, we should develop some ways to reward Holders.

The plan is to have Meme Contests open to Holders, where the Community may vote on the funniest and earn some of the Royalties from the collection in the process.
