Bitcoin Cash between disappointment and your decision
Bitcoin Cash is great because it focuses on the Bitcoin White Paper published by Satoshi Nakamoto. As the ribbon of my articles puts it: Bitcoin Cash is the real bitcoin.
Many of my fellow authors have repeatedly highlighted the goodness of BCH as the disruptive digital money to free people from the evils of fiat money.
Decide for Bitcoin Cash: BCH is not BTC
When I got here, I opened my eyes beyond greed and overcame the desire to get to the moon with cryptocurrencies. I thought BCH was a complementary variant of Bitcoin Core (BTC). I was unaware of the power play behind the irruption of blockchain-based crypto money.
These days the slogan that BTC is digital gold rings little bells. Sure! The bear market or crypto winter has the BTC maximalists at bay.
But let's not kid ourselves. BTC remains the dominant cryptocurrency, much to the chagrin of the wreckage's efforts to dethrone it from the top of the market cap.
I have repeatedly endorsed the idea in my writings that BTC now represents the interests of the world's powerful. And that it is just a pantomime to distract people and lead them to where they want them: to the adoption of CDBCs.
Yes! I am back to my usual pessimism. When I was not aware, I was happier. Until the pandemic came and took the blindfolds off my eyes: My government is not there to take care of me but to control me.
Thus, I embraced Bitcoin Cash and other related technologies as something to hold on to my hopes. To find the freedom that I sense we don't really know.
Now, I observe here on read.cash, the best website to promote Bitcoin Cash, how little by little, prominent people in the community have moved away.
I understand that crypto finance is bloodied. And for that reason, some backers are solving their own problems to stay afloat. But I fear that more than a few are also disillusioned by the poor outcome of mass adoption.
Yes, the Bitcoin Cash map is looking greener by the day. But merchants still need customers willing to pay with Bitcoin Cash.
I say this from my own experience. I've seen the stickers on technology merchants' storefronts. They used BCH wallets sporadically while the market was still rising. But in short order, some CEXs capitalized on the Boom, especially Binance.
Metaverse and NFTs came in strong as a new fad capitalizing on the attention of early blockchain audience pioneers by combining them with DEFI products. I've seen more than one complaint about carpet pulling losses and scams on second-layer solutions.
Educate yourself on the crypto-verse.
If you are a Newbie. Apologies for the slang used. It's baggage you acquire as you delve deeper into this fascinating crypto-verse.
I'll be reading you like this soon! Hahaha
So why doesn't Bitcoin Cash end up taking over the world?
On @MarcDeMesel's last live stream, many were asking him about Bitcoin Cash. And I was initially surprised to hear him say that cryptocurrencies must bring something else to the table that differentiates them from fiat money. And I have to grant him a lot of reasons for that.
If you don't know Marc yet. You really are very new here.
The prime benefactor of read.cash and noise.cash. I don't know if he will also be pushing Noise.App. I sense he is not, from the agnostic sense of his speech. He is an intelligent and pragmatic investor beyond how voluntarist he defines himself.
However, I still believe that Bitcoin Cash has a long way to go in the fight for mass adoption and has a real chance to win. Of course, it depends on people deciding it does. And to that end, sites like this one remain a relevant showcase no matter how small the impact may seem.
Excellent writers have plenty of them committed to the success of the project.
They only need the developers and the inputs to spread the knowledge not only in read.cash, noise.cash, or Noise.App but in other platforms resistant to censorship or tolerance.
We need Bitcoin Cash to overcome the obstacles between merchant and consumer. A titanic task indeed. The powerful are not willing to give up what they believe belongs to them: You.
If you have an idea for this end, let us know.

I end by thanking all my colleagues in the community, who add value every day here. As well as all my sponsors for believing in the content I share with you.
I think most of us hope that BCH particularly read and noise will last longer.
