It's important to take care of your body physically, but are you taking care of your mental health? Do you experience stress, distress, anxiety, or depression?
Self-prescribing is not the best choice in knowing what would be the problem, nor the hardships you're experiencing. Better consult a specialist, to know the real condition. Not everything we read on the internet are true, some were false, and some were only fallacies. So becareful. Be ware. Be smart.
Here are some tips that I find effective everytime I experience stress or anxiety, these tips might help you at some point and I really hope it does.
Engage into activities that could keep yourself from being anxious.
Socialize. Although some people find it draining, it's best to talk to someone about your struggles, especially the person you trust.
Do the things that calms you. For example, yoga, jogging, and more.
Do journaling. It's inportant to know why you're feeling that way.
Understand why you feel that way. Don't ignore it. It might get worst.
Rest for a while, then continue when you feel better.
Let go of the things the stresses you. If you can't, then tip number 6 is definitely for you.
Your hobby is not just a hobby. I've learned that engaging into activities as such will calm you and give you a sense of relaxation.
These tips are only some of my observations. If you have more tips and techniques, feel free to share it on the comment box. Let's help everyone who are in need. This might save someone, and this might help a lot of people.
