The origin of the giant stone - sarsen in Stonehenge, Great Britain, was finally determined with the help of the missing work, which was returned after 60 years. The results of the examination of the core of the stone block, one meter long, coincided with the findings of the geochemical research of upright megaliths. Archaeologists have determined that the rocks come from an area 25 kilometers north of Stonehenge, near Marlborough, in the south of the country.
