Click on the hamburger, then account and check if there is any restriction. If nothing is there, write an apologetic email to Simone on hello@read.cash, beg him by admitting your mistakes if any, he might consider helping you.
I already did. Jane said she forward my email to maintainers , now I hope my account will be fine.
