You have to desire the good things you want

Let's quickly have a recap of yesterday's article.
Most times,we feel like we're powerless because we think that our actions will not make a big difference. Sometimes, it may be hard for you to help someone in need because you might be disturbed about the outcome of your help, or you simply may not even know how to help them. Even when we do help someone in need, it is impossible to know what the results of your helping will be. When we see someone struggling, we feel the compassion and urge to want to help them, and if we decide not to help them, we may begin to feel guilty afterwards.
One of the best ways that you can make a difference in life is by being kind and merciful to someone when you can. Even if you know that you're unable to change the world or help everyone, it doesn’t mean that you can’t make a great difference in a person’s life by deciding to offer help to them when you can.
The actions of one person can make a very great difference to another person
The recent problems are already enough reminder that many people in the world are suffering. Many people are in need from countries fighting wars or poor countries that lacks resources. Those people don’t want to be poor and they actually want to make a better life for themselves and their families. Unfortunately, they don’t have the resources to actualize what they hope for. One of the most painful parts are the young children because they're often innocent but are forced to suffer terribly in these situations. They really need help to get out of the unpleasant conditions they are forced by circumstance to live in. Even though, it's kinda impossible to feed all of the starving children and help all the refugees in the world, we can still help some of them, even if you can help only one, please do it. If we can just offer our help in any way we can, even if we think that it is not enough, it will still make a difference in the lives of those people.

What’s your motivation? That’s a question that you should be asking yourself at least once a day. If you don’t have any, then you need to figure out what it is that you desire the most.
Here’s one thing that has always worked for me. When I lack motivation, I just think about the same question. “What do I want?” It may sound simple, but this is why I always have success in life.
You have to have something to work towards. Usually, it’s money or something materialistic that people wish they had.
But it doesn’t have to be like that. You can use that same method to get an education, start a business, or just become the happiest person on earth. That’s all because of your desires.
The most important thing about this mindset is that you must desire the good things you want.
Either you have goals or you don’t, simple as that. There is no grey area. You have to desire the good things you want.
Success starts with the desire to achieve something. If your motivation is weak, your results will follow suit. There will be times when you have to give up what you’ve been doing and head in another direction.
If you’re not growing, then you’re stagnant and that is the beginning of the end.
Embrace the pain, study it like a teacher and let it take you where you need to go. You must learn to let go of your past, so you can see a better future.

In order to achieve the things that you want in life, you have to desire the good things you want. If you don’t feel like something is possible, you’ll end up subconsciously telling yourself that it’s impossible.
