Loving others is the way forward
Good day guys, how are you doing today? I trust that you're doing great. Happy Sunday to you. Let's quickly review yesterday's article.
Just like anger, majority of people have pride. Pride stems from self-centeredness, and it does so much harm. Pride will make you become self-conscious. When we begin to think too highly of ourselves, we start trying to protect our self-assigned status instead of working to become better than we are.
You may be feeling proud when everything is going your way, that is when you look at other people and compare yourself with them and you see that you feel satisfied.
The root of pride comes from the concern we have of ourselves. Pride has a competitive nature. When someone is proud, he'll not be pleased with having something, he'll only be pleased when he has it more of it than other people. It is that comparison that makes him become proud, having it more than others, satisfies him more than having it in the same proportion with others.
This pride is one of the root of the problems faced in the society. Each person’s pride is in competition with another person’s pride.
Religion has tried to play a part in fighting pride by teaching people to be humble and self-centered. It teaches that you put others first and learn to not be selfish. These principles are very valid, and if you take time to practice it, they will help in curbing the problem.

Loving others is the way to cure the society of problems and chaos.
I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about how we get from here to there. From where we are to where our world is supposed to be. And I’ve discovered that loving your neighbor as yourself isn’t just a cure for the individual, it’s the cure for the whole world.
Loving others is the way to cure the society of problems and chaos. If we want to live in a functioning society, it has to be a caring, compassionate society. People have to care about each other and want what’s best for each other. They have to feel compassion towards others.
Compassion does something. A heart that’s moved by compassion cannot watch by while someone suffers a need. Loving your neighbor as yourself is being moved to help to the full extent of your ability.
When we love our neighbor we do just that. We don’t ignore them when they need us. We are there for them and help them in any way we can. If a person needs food, you feed them. If a person needs to be cheered up, you cheer them up. If a person needs a ride to get to work or school, you give them a ride. That kind of selfless, sacrificial love is hard to come by these days and that is exactly why it’s not hard at all for God to move our hearts when we love one another.
And the truth is, on many days, loving others is hard. We’re too busy to feel the sting of a hungry child’s hunger. We catch ourselves fretting over a new dress, not realizing someone else can’t afford a meal. We are too focused on our problems to realize a friend is hurting and needs to be lifted up.
It’s no coincidence that the New Testament tells us to love our neighbors as ourselves. There’s a strong correlation between how society treats its neighbors and how society treats its own members. Loving our neighbors as ourselves is a commandment for a reason.
Thanks for reading through. I hope loved it.

Very well written. Pride brings sorrow in human life. Never let happy people be. We should get rid of arrogance.
This selfless love you say will take place in people's minds. Being able to meet the needs of other people while being within one's means makes oneself feel happy.
