Good afternoon guys, how are you doing today? I trust that you're having a great day.

Let me quickly do a review of yesterday's article.

One of the ways you can significantly impact people as a leader in the workplace is by positive communication. When you choose to congratulate and encourage, you are able to create the tone for a positive work environment so that everyone can be productive optimally. On the other hand, if all you do is that you order people around and criticise them, you create a negative tone for your workers.

Leaders should always be looking for ways to improve their workers and the workplace, and one way to do this is by positive communication. This kind of attitude is one of the biggest influencers in any workplace.

When you congratulate and encourage your team members, you are setting the tone for a positive and productive work environment. On the other hand, if you choose to order people around and criticise them, you will only end up creating an atmosphere of negativity and discouragement for the workers. Every good leader should always be looking for ways to improve their workers, and this can be achieved by using positive communication.

Positive communication is essential in every workplace. It is important to be conscious of the power of your words, and therefore use them to positively to create a productive and positive work environment.

Now to today's article.

No matter what type of business you're running, it's important to be grateful for the hard work of your staff. A leader who takes the time to acknowledge the effort their team puts in is going to build a strong, trust-based team. On the other hand, a leader who barks orders without any appreciation for the contribution anyone else makes is not going to earn trust or respect.

A leader who takes the time to acknowledge the hard work of their staff is going to build a robust and trust-based team.

On the other hand, those leaders who bark orders with little appreciation of the contribution anyone else makes is not going to earn trust or respect.

It is important to be grateful for the efforts of those who work for you. When you express appreciation, it builds trust and respect. Those are essential ingredients for a healthy and productive team.

No matter what role you play in a company, it's important to feel appreciated. And as a leader, it's essential to express gratitude to your staff.

Taking the time to say thank you shows that you appreciate the hard work your team is putting in. It also builds trust and strengthens relationships. On the other hand, leaders who don't show appreciation are not going to earn trust or respect.

Thank you is a powerful word. Use it often, and show your team that you care.

Thanks for reading through. Have a great day.
