God's plan

Good morning readstars. It's Wednesday. I'm quite on time today.

God's plan!

Is this really true?šŸ¤·šŸ¤·

Is everything that happens planned?

Are we been controlled to fulfill a predetermined purpose?

Is someone manipulating my movement and actions?

Well, I very much believe there's something called God's plan. Do you? šŸ¤”

From my previous articles, you would have discerned that I believe too much that there's someone sovereign called God. Now, I also know, believe and understand that's there's something called God's plan.

Now, I know we might have heard something like God knows the end from the beginning. But have you been tempted to believe that what will be will be. Yes, what will be will be, but your actions also determine what will be.

God created human beings as people with Will, this means we have the opportunity to decide on what to do and what not to. That's why everyone is responsible for their actions and the results they get.

When God created the world, he put a law of sowing and reaping in place for everything including human actions which some people call Karma.

One day, while I was meditating, I came to understand that when you sow something, you get to reap more than you sow, like very more, for example a seed of corn while compared to the corns that will get plucked during the harvest season.

I also understand that it applies to human actions whether good or bad, we will reap more than what we sow.

Back to the topic, God's plan.

I said there's something called God's plan, but we also contribute to His plan by either aligning with His plan or not. For example, a man created to become an engineer but finds himself studying law is not fulfilling God's plan for his life.

To answer the third question I asked at the beginning, we're not been controlled because God gave every human a will, that is the ability to choose. So we determine whether we fulfill God's plan or not.

The answer to the last question is no, no one controls your action.

One of the most foolish and dangerous things to do is to try fight against or resist God.

In the bible during the time of the persecution of the early church, Gamaliel who was a doctor of the law and also a pharisee gave a very intelligent advice to his colleagues at the supreme council of the Jewish people, he said ā€œā€¦Refrain from these men, and let them aloneā€ he said, ā€œfor if this counsel or this work be of men, it will come to nought: But if it be of God, ye cannot overthrow it; lest haply ye be found even to fight against Godā€ (Acts 5:38,39) KJV version. He gave them this advice because He knew how sovereign the plan of God is and how dangerous it's to fight against God and His plan.

This kind of advice would have been given to another set of people in the bible namely Sanballat, Tobiah and their fellow comrades in Samaria who blatantly opposed that Jerusalem should be rebuilt after the exile.

At least, they would have saved the time, stress and trouble they went through in attacking Nehemiah and his team that committed to building Jerusalem in an attempt to stop the work.

At the end, they were frustrated, when they saw that despite all their attempts and schemes, the walls of Jerusalem were completed within fifty-two days, then it became clear to them without doubt that the rebuilding of the walls was initiated by God.

It's very clear that no one can successfully resist God.

The idea of resisting Godā€™s will has been in existence since the creation.

God has been, is and will continually be the ultimate winner. This fact should everyone that walks and is on the side of God that there's is a great end for them.

If the Lord gives you an assignment and there's opposition everywhere. Never forget that if you stay at it and never give up God will win.

Conclusions:

Even if all the forces of the world come together, they can never hinder Godā€™s plan.

What's your opinion on God's plan? Do you believe in God's plan?

God allows our bad choices. He also knew us before the Creation so He knew exactly what or how we would respond and carry out our life.

God's plan and will never fail, nothing even surprises Him. So it is just right for us to seek for what is pleasing to Him and say Thy will be done!

Yes, and we should not stop asking until we know what is pleasing to Him

I strongly believe in Gods plan, what plan does a man have without God in it? I can boldly say human beings had no plan except God is in it

Abi, a plan without God is like air, it is not tangible and sustainable
