Two Heads Are Better Than One

Do you believe in this sentence? Me, personally believe it. This is one of the reason why a team succeed and why husband and wives binded as one.

These times we are making or having a renovation of our little house or we commonly call it as "payag". After work, my husband are working for it but usually he fetch us in our rented room and we go there together. But one afternoon i wonder why he didn't go home to fetch us, so we just go there, me and my son.

As we arrived there, my husband told me that he had a mistake in installing the door to the door jamb and good thing the neighbor visited there and noticed the mistake and instructed him what to do to make it right. In short, he need to remove and install it again.

So, I told him that if we were there (me and my son) might be i noticed it too and stop you or corrected you from what you are doing. Bakit kasi di mo kami dinaanan, sabi ko sa kanya. Then he told me this, I would love to work here alone because you are so noisy."Mao mas gusto nako magtrabaho diri nga ako lang isa kay saba kaayo ka". It made me speechless and seems my heart stops beating. I wanted to cry but I tried to control myself. If i only knew, dina lang sana ako pumunta doon.

TWO HEADS ARE BETTER THAN ONE.

When you can't see the mistakes, others will. If you can't think of a solution, others will. Your partner might know what you don't know. It will help you not to waste your time, effort, energy and even money.

As i shared this to women on the church they also shared theirs. Di pala ako nag-iisa. We discussed that usually men stands their own principle and seems it will lower their pride if a wife corrects them. It seems that they don't want to be corrected, they don't want us to nag them about things.

They never know that we just wanted to help them. We will never complain about something if we find it right too.

How about you? Do you experienced that someone told you that your presence is annoying? That your correction or help is not accepted? Its a heart breaking right?

Hopefully we will stand to the principle that TWO HEADS ARE BETTER THAN ONE. We need each others support, we need some help, we need some corrections, we need someone's ideas. If we will accept this, our knowledge will grow. Let us be open for correction because it will help us grow as a person.
