How to love a baby in the womb: A parents love
Is it possible to show love for the baby while they are still in the womb? Yes it is. I have here some among the many ways, let's know what are those ways.
Eat healthy foods
Fruits and vegetables are the basic sources of a healthy foods. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables daily to impart essential vitamins and minerals for your baby. Off course a mother could do this for her baby.
Eating different fruits alternately in a day is very good not just for the mother but also for the baby.
Father or husband, please provide fresh fruits and vegetables for your pregnant wife. Both your wife and your baby needs it.
Don't drink wine or strong drink
Don't drink wine nor strong drink is an instruction not only from an OB, nor from your parents, nor from a friend but also this instructions came from the Bible. This instruction was also given to Manoah and his wife by the angel of God. You can read it in the book of Judges chapter 13 specifically on verse 14 that the angel of the Lord gave an instruction to the pregnant wife of Manoah telling her/them not to drink wine or strong drink.
Basically we all know that strong drinks is not good for our health how much more for the baby. So, love your babies by following this instruction.
Drinking fresh juices from fruits and vegetables is the best option.
Don't smoke
Smoking is dangerous to our health as what the common description of smoking told us. So mother, don't smoke. Father don't smoke near to your wife so she cannot have a second hand smoking that will also affect your baby.
Have a good character
It was said that like mother like daughter or son, and like father like son or daughter. Parents character especially the mother's character while bearing a baby will eventually affect the baby's character. Will you believe it?
For example, if I as a mother easily cry over simple things while pregnant, there is a big tendency that a baby will easy to cry too. If it is not in the infant period then it might be in the childhood or even adulthood stage.
Have exercise
Exercise is also needed by a pregnant woman. Exercise is a big help not only for the mother but also for the health of the baby inside her womb.
A simple walking early in the morning is a great way of exercise.
Drink plenty of water
Pregnant women needs a lot more of water. Water is very needed by her baby too. So, mommies and going to be mommies soon don't forget to drink plenty of water everyday.
Be close to nature
We need a good place to relax not just our tired body but most especially our mind. Find some place that fresh air is available to breath. Inhale... exhale..
Find time to let sunshine kiss your skin every morning.
Rest
Some husbands doesn't allow their wife to be employed during pregnancy because they want their wife to relax and have some rest. But others also opt to have a light work to be done.
Pregnant mother needs rest and need enough sleep.
Self control
Self control is needed in all aspects of life as well as in pregnancy. Need to control yourself in some heavy activities, self control for eating unhealthy foods and even healthy foods.
Those things are just my idea, my own list to take care and love our babies while they are still in the womb.
