I am looking for light everytime when I find myself in a tunnel. I can't handle being in the dark for long. I am running through the dark. I break down all the barriers on my way to the light. I feel tireless at the moment when I am powerless. My whole life is actually looking for light at the end of the tunnel. The moment when I see the light is a new beginning every time. Life is made up of many beginnings and it is important to know that everything that we start, we will finish for sure. But when that will happen, no one knows.
Since the Covid-19 pandemic has started, we are in a long tunnel. Sometimes it seems so long that there is no end. Behind us are many losses, lost in the dark. So many lies in the boats of hope. They should be lifeboats, but we are not in the water. We don't know where we are and where we are going. We got vaccines to be saved. We got lifeboats. But there is the same problem again - we are not in the water. We are in an unknown place where expectations don't make sense. We are in the tunnel. A tunnel you have to go through. There is no other choice.
The only choice that we have is to live a new life, adapted to new circumstances. To live without waiting for Covid-19 to knock on our door because it is certain that it will knock or already knocked. In that situation all that matters is how we will react. We are soldiers with weapon. Maybe we will be peaceful and let Covid-19 in. In that case, we will not have symptoms. Maybe we will shoot once or twice and in that case, we will have symptoms as for any other virus and cold. But maybe we will shoot so many times that we will shoot ourselves too. In that case we will die. Shooting is a metaphor for our body's immune response.
Sometimes it is hard to find light at the end of the tunnel, especially when the tunnel is long, but we should never give up trying to find it. In the end, there must always be light somewhere, because every beginning has its end. With or without us.

Best regards to all readers and writers.
This new lifestyle is really difficult to adapt to amd I'm getting tired of it already.
I can't wait to go back to 2019 and the years before.
