I noticed the bot's absence in my articles lately but is present to other authors. My theory is, the tipping system might have a a specific quota to every user so the funds are spent regularly and fairly. Your thoughts about this?

I'm also facing such situation from previous three days. I think that Rusty has less funds.

Yes, limited funds for tips might be the reason. It is a positive sign if you see that rant posts get fewer tips than serious posts.
