Whenever I feel anxious, the 4-7-8 breathing technique always gets handy for me. I have been practicing this for a while now and it did help me to calm down especially when I have trouble sleeping at night because of overthinking. Currently watching "The Kite Runner" on Tap Movies. Have you guys watched this? It's a very nice movie. It is actually a film adaptation though because it has a book written by Khaled Hosseini.
