Everyone of us wanted to have a stable job in the future where we can be able to buy what we want and need and most importantly for us to be ready in case we already planning to have a family. Also we aimed to have a job that gave us wages that is suitable for us and sometimes that is bigger wages that we expected to have.
As what I also observed, even others also continue finding a job even though they were already employed for the thought of having much higher salary rate.
But as first time job seeker, I may say there were lots of things to be consider and must be done according to what job are we applying for. And in this case, the HARDSHIP is being realized.
HARDSHIP? from the reality that there are lots of qualifications that we need to attained in order for us to be hired in such desired job we are applying for. And the sad thing there, is that if we don't have that qualification even just one of that qualification then never expect for a call from the agencies were we sent our application letter. Your application is seems to be like nothing to them. That's the sad part of being a job seeker.
One scenario is when we are applying for a government institution like applying as a teacher. There were lots of papers/documents that need for us accomplish, certificates that we need in order for us to credit some points for ranking and made to be one of the registered qualified applicants. And take note, all of this needs money for us to have all the requirements needed to be qualified. That's why this somehow hard for us as first time job seekers.
Based on my experienced, I graduated college last 2019 and still unemployed. I've been crazy finding job online but sad to say if there is an online job it needs more and more time for you to earn and that sucks since you already spent a lot for buying loads in order to have internet data and then it will not be paid back. Your effort seems to be wasted in this kind of scenario.
There is also a job hiring but its so far from my home and I can't be able to grab it since I can't leave my kid behind. Its hard, so hard the fact that you need to think more on what to prioritized and what are not. This is somehow the struggles of being a mom specially if your kid still a toddler and needs your hands on care and you cannot easily left them to someone even to your parents because it is my responsibility as a mother.
Another thing is that, the hardship of dividing your time and managing it. Since we knew that a mother is like a machine that has lots of works to be done inside and outside your peripheral.
BUT, despites all this we as jobseekers never stop seeking for what we aimed for. There must have patience in us, we must be perseverance in every aspects within us. For I know, there were just perfect time for us to meet our goals in life.
They say, "In God's perfect time."
