My #PinoyGoodness of the day from lunch, shrimp with #kangkong and #talong 🙂 I'm never out of greens because the kangkong grows like crazy. I'm never out of shrimp because we have a neighborhood shrimper around the corner that is open until 7pm every day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and right now the shrimp is $3.50 a pound for Medium and $4 a pound for Large sometimes Jumbo but the Jumbo shrimp is seasonal. I also have eggplant in my garden, and you know, never out of rice either because, well, I'm Filipino 🤭🌱🍆🌿🍚🦐 #farmtotable #powergreens #shrimplover 😋 (that's also ube on our pool barrier/vine climbing wall)
