JELLY FLAN... LECHE GULAMAN or Lechetin as they call it. The Jelly Flan is a gulaman or gelatin-based dessert with sugar, eggs and 2 kinds of milk. This is similar and a much cheaper alternative to leche flan, the look and taste are pretty close to the real thing, but it much cheaper and easier to cook. is easy to make Jelly dessert is just a combination of all the ingredients given below and cooked similarly to a Leche Flan.
Ingredients:
4 tbs sugar for caramelization
3 eggs
150 ml condensed milk
185 ml evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 sachet of mr gulaman
2 cups water

Procedure:
1. Beat the eggs then add condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla.
2. Continue beating until well combined then pour over a strainer or a sieve for 3 times. Set aside.
3. In a sauce pan, heat the water then add while stirring the mr gulaman powder.
4. While simmering, put off the fire then add while stirring the egg mixture. Continue stirring until well combine
5. Put on the fire again until the mixture simmer then take out from heat. Pour into prepared mould.
