Not all of us were born with a silver spoon but many of us want to experience a wealthy life, to eat in a fancy restaurant, to ride in a Lambo, to collect limited merchandise, to visit other countries, and to live in a luxurious house with pools, basement, gym, wide garage, and more.

Who doesn't want to be rich anyway?

But these are just a dream for us ordinary people. However, we might get a twist of fate if we continue to grind and strive for a better life.

If you will ask, how to become a millionaire? The answers are very evident - work hard, have a positive mindset and skills, manage everything effectively, invest wisely, and do not just rely on one source of money.

Money won't just grow on trees or pop out at night on our beds while sleeping. Because if so, then we don't need to spend long hours working just to get money enough to fill our starving tummy. But having enough money is not sufficient to make us rich if that's what we are aiming for.

You might think, who knows? The world might turn upside down and us positioning on top. However, let's not stick to luck as reality sucks. And the world keeps on orbiting so we will never get a permanent spot on top.

But what if we have the signs of becoming a millionaire in the future? Should we keep our track? Of course, yes! Unless we only wanted a simple and ordinary life. But if you want to become rich, you might consider minding these signs.

1. You Know How To Handle

We all know how to handle money, as in, handle money literally, just hold it, that's it! But many of us don't know how to manage money effectively. We like spending money on things we desire not thinking about the consequences. And when the time comes that we need it badly, nada! No more cash to pull out because our pockets are empty.

But if you know how to handle money wisely, then you can be a millionaire in the future. However, it's not just about knowing how to handle money wisely.

You should know how to earn money. It may come from your salary, business, or investment. But in reality, if you are only working as ordinary staff in a company that's only earning a minimum wage, then it's not enough to become rich in the future. That's the reason why we should not stick to only one source of income. I remember my college instructor told us, "having a job alone is not enough to make you rich, but if you will combine job+business/investment, then there's a possibility for you to become rich in the future." And this really made sense.

You should know how to utilize your money efficaciously. Many of us are earning huge salary especially those who are working in a corporate world and sitting on a corporate chair, or even those who are receiving huge salaries from working in government institutions. Their money is enough to provide vital things for themselves and their families. However, many do not know how to manage their money. They don't have the discipline in spending their money wisely because they are confident enough that they are earning huge salaries monthly. They just spend them on anything they want to. Thus, not saving enough money and sometimes ended up accumulating debts.

It is important to manage your money wisely and exercise self-discipline in spending them because it will help you to save money effectively.

You should know how to multiply your money. Many of us know how to earn money, how to save and manage money, however, only a few of us know how to multiply our money. If you want to be a millionaire in the future, you should know how to invest and multiply your money. There is no way to become rich by just saving your salary. Investing is the fastest way to make your money grow.

If you have these characteristics, you know how to earn money, you know how to manage your money wisely, and you know how to multiply your money, then you will become a millionaire in the future.

2. You Are Comfortable Talking About Money

Many of us like talking about other frivolous stuff and other people's lives even if it doesn't have something to do with their own lives. They just don't really have something good to talk about and no goals in their lives so they prefer minding other people's lives. And these people don't have any chance to be successful in the future.

However, successful people and those who want to succeed and become rich are comfortable talking about money, ways to save more money, or investment because they are business-minded.

Do you know that when talking about money positively with others, you are motivating yourself and others to change their mindset and perspective about saving money? Thus, you should not be ashamed or hesitant to share with others your purposes and real motives for saving money, as well as your effective strategies, and the reasons why saving and investing are important to become a successful person.

No wonder why successful and wealthy people are sharing their stories and strategies to others on how to become successful and rich because it allows them to sharpen their minds and enhance their abilities and focus while motivating and inspiring others to follow their path.

3. You Are Being Surrounded By Successful People

People around us always play an important role in our lives. They, as well, influence and contribute things to our lives to gain vitality. If you have set your mind on what to become in the future, you should as well choose the right people to be part of your life.

If you want to become a millionaire, then you should not go with people who don't have goals and plans in their lives. You should not go with people who don't know how to manage their money because what they only know is to spend them on things that are not so vital to their lives.

The influence of people around us always give an impact on our decision-making and goal-setting. And if you are with people who don't have the same mindset and perspective as you, then you are likely to be unsuccessful with your plans and goals regarding saving money. So if you want to become successful and rich in the future, you should surround yourselves with business-minded, optimistic, and goal-seeker people.

If you are in a place with people who don't have goals and positive perspectives in life, no one will gonna motivate you to pursue your goals. But if you are being surrounded by the right people, those with the same goals and perspectives as you, you are likely to achieve your goals forthwith and successfully.

4. You Are Hardworking

Haven't you noticed that wealthy and successful people are working longer than their resting hours? They are early risers, start their work earlier, and finish their work late at night. They never stop enhancing and upgrading their skills and improving their strategies. They work hard and never think negatively about their passion in life.

We all can be hardworking, however, if you don't have goals in life, then you can't be successful in the future. The outcome of being hardworking alone compare to being hardworking with goals is completely different. Those hardworking people with goals and plans for their future know exactly what their priorities are and not wasting time on nonsense and unimportant things.

So if you want to achieve something, whether you want to achieve your goals, dreams, or become successful and rich in the future, you should know what things to do and what things to avoid, and exercise diligence, patience, and perseverance to achieve your goals in life.

Being persistent is a common attitude of the most successful people in the world. They never stop trying and charging forward until they succeed. They have never been demotivated because of failures, rather, they have accepted their failures and learn from their lessons. They continue to improve and enhance their skills. They continued to endeavor until they succeed, until they have reached their goals and ideal destination.

Do I have these signs?

You know how to handle money. I know how to handle money effectively, but, I know how to spend them precipitously as well. That's when I want to treat myself through expending the fruit of my labor. Currently, 80% of my salary goes to my family, 20% to myself, 10% of which goes to my savings account, and 10% for my monthly spendings. But if I want to treat myself, sometimes, that 20% all goes to my spendings and not setting aside for my saving account.

But I do know how to multiply my money, like investing in cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin Cash which is promising and has a good future. Unfortunately, the crypto market status is not stable, so I got lost profit from some of my investments. But once the market gets back on track, I'm hoping that I will be able to regain my losses.

You are comfortable talking about money. Yes, I do, however, the people around me aren't, just like my friends. Every time I am sharing about crypto investing with them, they are just ignoring it. They prefer discussing most things that are not really that important. But talking about money with my virtual friends is much better as they are more interested in saving and multiplying their money.

You are being surrounded by successful people. In my real world, NO. My family is not successful, my friends are not successful either, and my acquaintances are just... I don't know about their goals, some are not successful as well. My father's business has gone broke, my mother's business is not booming anymore, and my siblings are not into money investing as they are still young, and some are just into spending money, lol.

In my digital world, YES. Everywhere I go, I can see signs of money. CryptoTalk here and there. Trading strategies here and there. DeFi investment here and there. Airdrops here and there. Giveaways here and there. MoneyTalks here and there. See? I am being surrounded by people that are interested in growing their money, in a crypto way, even better than real money.

My salary and hard work won't make me rich, however, if I will combine salary + hard work + crypto investment, who knows? I might get a twist of fate.

You are hardworking. I shouldn't be working here abroad if I'm not. I should be just slacking and procrastinating inside my comfort zone if I'm not. I shouldn't be writing articles while doing my job by now if I'm not. Laziness only takes over if my body is exhausted, but to reach my goal, I should continue grinding and striving, and multi-tasking has been a part of my daily routine.

You are persistent. If you have read my story about my journey before working abroad and my determination to get a job abroad, maybe you could tell that I am persistent. That is my nature, if I want to achieve something which I guess is possible to reach, I won't stop until I succeed. Even if I have failed many times, I did not stop until I fulfill my goal, because failures can't hinder me to pursue and achieve what I want to have in life.

Failures and setbacks are part of our lives, but they shouldn't be the reason to surrender, they shouldn't be the reason to discontinue our journey, they shouldn't be the reason to be demotivated and stop pursuing our goals, they shouldn't be the reason to stop dreaming, because everything is just part of the challenges that we need to surpass. Rather, we should set them as inspirations to strive harder.

And if you are persistent to take the step you had taken, to climb the trail you had started, to run in the rally you had joined, to put up the business you had planned, to reach the goals you had set, and most especially, to finish the things you had started, then you are likely to become successful in the future.

Many want to change their life's status into a better one, to lift them from poverty, to settle away from unfortunate conditions, and they want to experience the life they dream of. That's the reason why many want to gamble their small amount of money to aim for 0.01% luck through betting on the lottery or investing on platforms that have quick-rich schemes, etc.

But in the end, they just get huge losses. If you're a lottery addict, try to add all the money you have used in betting since day one, for sure, you will be able to buy a lot or a house already. If you only have invested in the right platform or use your money in business or real investment, then for sure, you have a hundredfold of returns by now.

Would you rather gamble your 0.01% luck to something indefinite, or persist and work harder that will definitely give you a 99.99% chance to succeed?

That's the question I want to leave for you, but the answer is very clear. So if you want to succeed and become rich in the future, then you might want to change your lifestyle, mindset, and strategies in life.

But if you already have these signs, then you're lucky, there's a brighter future that awaits you.

For Filipinos, do you want to remain poor forever? To be downgraded forever? That's bullsh*t. So lift your ass and show the world that you can be on top of everything. Achievements, badges, trophies, huge portfolios, higher IQ, aren't the basis to be called successful. If you want to be successful, learn how to respect yourself and others to be respected as well. Because without other people, you won't achieve what you want in life, and you can't be called successful if you're the only one standing on the platform. And what's the use of money if you are unhappy? What's the use of intelligence if you are acting amateur?

We are not smart because we are dumb, we are not skillful because we are STILL NOOBS, but we know how to respect each other, we know how to admit our mistakes, we know how to forgive, and we know how to act like a human. However, all the negative words thrown at us shouldn't be the reason to feel down, rather, it should serve as an eye-opener, and a lesson to strive harder. Upgrade your skills, follow the rules, and do the right thing, because we all can be better like a prominent one. We don't need to downgrade each other here, we should help each other instead. Because humanity should still prevail even inside this digital world.
