People really wanna try to buy organic drinks for detox process because they don’t want to feed more toxins into your poor liver.

A true detox is not a colon cleanse. In fact, it could have the opposite effect because you get rid of your natural probiotics from your body . There is a healthy way to give your body the detox it needs.

The best way to do detox is to have 10-day detox every year. The reason why 10 days because it takes that long for detoxification to really take full effect. And at the end of that 10 days, you can add back some food you’ve missed and then you’ll see how it feels.

But I guess you should balance your diet as well. Their are alternatives to meat, you can eat beans and legumes instead. Don't just stick to that. You might have vitamin deficiency
