Living in a society that follows the standard, class and status of an individual, is sometimes exhausting.
When we are young, our parents always remind us to **respect** everyone especially the elder. As a sign of respect we talked to them politely using "***po***" and ***"opo***". We follow their order without complaining. Once we neglect it, ***a punishment will be follow***. As we grow older, our parents reminder to respect everyone is already marked in our mind. Wherever we go, we always practiced it.
But did you ever question yourself, **is everyone deserve to be respected?**
Let me give you a scenario...
*You bumped into someone on your way to work, you are both on the ground. When you look at that person, you realize that the person you bumped with is your boss. You are extremely nervous of what happened, and you thought your might be fired because of it. Suddenly your boss speak and said that its fine. He asked you too if you are okay and helped you to get up. He smiled at you after he left.*
**Is your boss deserve to be respected?**
For me, **Yes**. He's action tells us that he is a kind hearted and a humble person whatever his status is.
**A simple act of kindness deserve to be respected. Big or small.**
Let's have another scenario...
*You bumped into someone on your way to work, you are both on the ground. When you look at that person, you realize that the person you bumped with is your boss. Your boss didn't know that you work on his company, upon bumping to him, he started to cursed at you. Saying harsh words and belittling you. You keep on apologizing while bowing your head, but still your boss continued to cursed at you. You end up crying and continue apologizing, but still your boss keep on saying fouled words and belittling you. He left with a frown on his face and left you on the ground crying.*
Is your boss deserve to be respected?
For me, **No**. He's action tells us that he is an arrogant person. A person who thinks highly of himself. And not considerate of others feelings.
**An act of pompous can lead to disrespecting from another.**
Let's all be honest, there comes a point in our life the we forget to respect someone, not because we simply hate him, but because of his action. Some people gives us reason not to respect them.
Respect sometimes should not easily give to anyone, sometimes they need to earn it.
**So if you want to be respected, you must earn it. Prove that you deserve it.**

***FRIENDS.*** This seven letter words has it deep meaning. I know we all have our own definition to define what friends is. Can you give me your definition of it and why?
For me, **Friends** are like an *****alarm clock.***** Why? Because they wake us up in the reality of life. Its like you are having a beautiful dreams or a nightmare then suddenly your alarm clock started to ring and in an instant you are back to your senses.
Friends are like that. Let me give you an example. You know that life is hard sometimes, and you think that your life is harder than the others, you wanted to give up because you don't have the will to fight any more, in short you *loose your hope*. Your friends know your struggle and went to you, either they comfort you with nice words or harsh words, or sometimes slap you, that's their own way on waking you up.
Whatever the situation is, either about life or love, they always went for us to wake us up.
*How did it started? How did we met our true friends?*
Lets see.
When we were young, our parents always remind us **not to talk to stranger** when we are alone or outside. Yes, indeed that's very true, 'cause we can't guarantee that every person is good nor bad.
In school, especially your first day, did your ever take your parents advice not to talk to stranger? I bet not, right? Because if you do, how can you gain friends if you don't talk to strangers?
Honestly speaking, our friends of today, is once a stranger in the past. It all started by saying an awkward introduction and smile and slowly giving a gesture of kindness. Until we end up knowing each other. Understanding and accepting our flaws and differences. Sharing and keeping our little secrets. Advising and comforting one's self. Staying and sharing happiness and sadness. That's how we build our friendship.
**A total stranger becomes one of the most treasure in our life and that's what we called** ***FRIENDS.***
I think what our parents meant about not talk to stranger is that we must choose the right person to trust so that in the end we can avoid getting hurt.

I Miss My Hometown
Month of March year 2020, end of school year. I decided to visit my hometown since its vacation and I haven't visit it for 2 years, I guess? But a suddenly news(covid-19 appearance) appeared and ruined my plan.🙄
Everything is all planned out. I plan it together with my friend.
Here are the supposedly plan:
Spend time with family (of course)
Visit my friend and stay there for 2 days and 1 night, (my friend's house is near the beach and it's very beautiful there) since it's summer vacation, beach is a must visit😊
Visit another place that is a tourist attractions (can't name because I only see it on facebook) with a superb view (source:Facebook)
Catching up with friends (chit chat)
That's it! That's our plan that only ended in my imagination😑
I guess, my visit to my hometown would be next year. 😐😢

I Am Struggling, But I Am Fighting
Life is full of trials, challenges, and struggles. Some say that without those, life would be ****dull**** and ****unexciting****. *No fun*. *No thrill*. *So plain*.
You couldn't call **LIFE** without ***pain***.
Day by day, we met those things. Like a disease, we can categorize them as mild, moderate or severe, because not all the challenges and struggle we face are the same.
We sometimes face challenges that we didn't care so much, like we already used to it. Struggling to attain and sustain our daily necessity is a common struggle in our life. After all, ***we live to survive.***
There are also some challenges that needs to take *so much of our time*. Consume our energy, drain our mind, and sometimes makes us flabbergasted or disconcerted.
There are challenges that is too much to handle. It really takes our ***blood***, ***sweat***, and ***tears***. That all we could ever think is to give up and sometimes we decided to end our life.
*Struggle... Pain... Sorrow... Tears...*
Emotions that sometimes filled our mind and lead us on giving up.
Life is full of trials, challenges, and struggles and yes it's true. And with those things, **we live and we fight**. It makes us a *better*, *bolder*, *stronger*, and *braver* individual who **never surrender** in a fight. We can make the ***best version*** of ourself because of it. It also serve as our stairs to seek our own **happiness**.
Trials? Challenges? Struggles? **FACE IT! Don't get intimidated**. Stand strong. After all you are who you are. A person who **never surrender** in a battle called **LIFE**.

The Rain
