They leaked all over the place.
It can make you cry yourself to sleep,
feels bad at everything you do, and belittle yourself.
Bottled-up feelings ruins someone's mind.
So sometimes it is okay to have some coffee with someone and have a deep talk,
cry with someone because you can't take it anymore.
Have a company and do a heart to heart conversation, tell someone your doubts, insecurity, and be yourself.
Because having a company with background music is not a bad idea at all.
Be weak, be vulnerable, and be open.
Because bottled-up feelings can ruin you, but not a companion, with a drink or two."
I agree. It is an unhealthy attitude to bottle-up emotions because it creates negative thinking in you.
I believe introverts like me are the most likely ones who practice this because we don't really express our feelings about everything but having someone we trust to share with is one better solution for this :)
