At times, it's simply a fortuitous event.
However, dear,
Nothing is ever an incident.
You are the place where you are on purpose.
You may have settled on certain options, or life may have constrained a few options on you.
Whatever it was, it was never a fortuitous event.

Possibly you shouldn't attempt to change the chances.
Possibly,
The chances are intended to transform you.
Possibility. Likelihood. Destiny. Incident.
Each and every "fortuitous event" carries a message to you. This is on the grounds that there are no occurrences and mishaps. There's just synchronicity.
However, then again, there is an explanation.
Do you accept that things occur on purpose
Or on the other hand do you accept that it is simply an issue of karma?
I for one accept that we are here to pick up something or to educate something.
